Salary: $280,000 - $300,000

What you will do

• Develop and execute the North American media strategy to drive commercial growth across advertising and distribution.
• Identify new revenue streams and strategic partnerships to maximize the value of national, regional, and local sports assets.
• Drive revenue growth through forecasting, business planning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage senior-level relationships with advertisers, agencies, distributors, and rights holders.
• Lead strategic negotiations to expand hirify.global's media rights and commercial footprint.
• Build and lead a high-performing media team, fostering a culture of innovation and execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in sports media, streaming, digital media, or advertising.
• Proven success in executing media business strategies that generate significant revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of sports media rights, streaming economics, and platform monetization.
• Established network of relationships across media agencies, advertisers, and sports organizations.
• Strong financial acumen, including expertise in forecasting and revenue management.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the New York office (Hybrid).
