What you will do

• Communicate insurance benefits and trial requirements to patients with high accuracy and clarity.
• Guide patients and care partners through insurance coverage, eligibility, and available financial options.
• Collect out-of-pocket waivers and coordinate financial assistance outcomes with relevant parties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Collect and report key funding metrics to improve operational efficiency within the Funding Team.
• Maintain CRM accuracy in HubSpot, ensuring all data meets company and HIPAA standards.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Participates in E-Verify).
• General knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills for interaction via email, phone, and text.
• Ability to adjust communication and approach to the needs of people with disabilities.
• Ability to travel by air within the continental US twice per year.

Nice to have

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare environment (rehabilitation, insurance, or medical clinic).
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Office 365, and Zoom.
