What you will do

• Coordinate initial credentialing, payer enrollment, and recredentialing for new and existing clinicians.
• Maintain accurate provider profiles in CAQH ProView, NPPES, PECOS, and various commercial payer portals.
• Submit and track enrollment applications, roster additions, and demographic changes.
• Support the payer-contracting lifecycle, including agreement intake, fee-schedule organization, and signature routing.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle, finance, and legal teams to ensure clinicians are marked ready to bill.
• Monitor licenses and certifications to prevent avoidable interruptions in payer participation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in provider credentialing, payer enrollment, or healthcare administration.
• Hands-on experience with CAQH ProView, NPPES, PECOS, Availity, or similar payer portals.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to maintain a schedule of 8:00 AM–5:30 PM Central Time.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple contracts and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in behavioral health or telehealth.
• Multi-state provider-network experience.
• CPCS or another credentialing certification.
