What you will do

• Process 50–100 incoming patient referrals monthly via email with high accuracy.
• Perform insurance benefit verifications and track approval statuses with credentialing teams.
• Coordinate provider calendars to ensure visits are confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
• Maintain proactive communication with patients and referral sources to resolve pending cases.
• Manage all patient data and referral tracking in a strictly HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Support operational growth by streamlining administrative handoffs between departments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in healthcare administration, medical intake, or clinical coordination.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (C1) and a professional phone manner.
• Close attention to detail for managing complex insurance and patient information.
• Ability to work independently and manage high task volumes without close supervision.
• Ability to work within Central Timezone (USA) business hours.
