What you will do

• Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts to drive incremental subscriptions and usage growth.
• Manage end-to-end virtual sales cycles, including qualification, solution alignment, and closing.
• Develop targeted expansion plans for the territory to prioritize high-impact areas for Fusion.
• Partner with Data Specialists and Technical Sales to deliver high-quality product demonstrations and technical validation.
• Coordinate with the land team to ensure consistent customer strategy and seamless handoffs.
• Utilize Salesforce for disciplined pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting.

Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in both English and German.
• Proven track record of success in software expansion, inside sales, or account management.
• Confidence and ability to run virtual sales cycles without relying on in-person meetings.
• Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders across design, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Interest in cloud-native technology, AI-driven workflows, and modern manufacturing transformation.
