Senior Data & Insights Consultant (Tableau)

Location: Hybrid position based in the Austin or Atlanta, United States offices, with at least 3 days per week in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $127,300–$216,100 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Turn large volumes of data into actionable business insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and enhance reporting solutions, aligning common reports, definitions, and data sources across markets.
• Develop automated insight-delivery processes and self-service reporting for corridor, market, and regional leaders.
• Lead client-facing consulting initiatives focused on authorization performance and service improvement.
• Build management dashboards and scorecards, establish executive reporting cadences, and present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assess service-level agreements, identify optimization and risk-mitigation opportunities, and drive adoption of best practices.

Requirements

• Hybrid work in the Austin or Atlanta office with at least 3 days in office is required.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics, preferably using Tableau; familiarity with QlikView or Power BI is also relevant.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modeling concepts such as star schemas and snowflake schemas.
• Knowledge of probability, statistics, big data environments, SLA management, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in matrixed, Agile, and fast-paced environments.
