Business Analytics Consultant Senior (Lending Analytics and Tableau)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH, United States

Base salary: $75,000–$125,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Own, enhance, and maintain data pipelines powering Tableau data sources and Retail Lending dashboards.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, optimize, and document complex SQL across MS SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, Impala/Hadoop, and SharePoint.
• Use Python database connectivity and the Tableau Hyper API to automate extract generation.
• Support Tableau Server data sources, extracts, permissions, data models, and performance tuning.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions and provide expertise on lending sales data, KPIs, and reporting structures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data management.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Expert SQL skills and experience with MS SQL Server, Teradata, Oracle, Hadoop/Impala, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Python, database connectivity, extract automation, and Tableau Desktop/Server.
• Knowledge of relational data modeling, joins, Tableau query generation, analytical reasoning, and stakeholder communication.
• Must work in-office in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. hirify.global does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
