Senior Business Intelligence Engineer

Location: Los Angeles or Palo Alto, United States; expected to work in an office 4+ days per week

Base salary: $111,000–$196,000 annually depending on assigned U.S. pay zone; eligible for RSUs.

What you will do

• Analyze business, auction campaign, and advertiser performance data from multiple sources.
• Identify performance trends and provide optimization and upsell recommendations.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and measurement strategies for products and campaigns.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and Account Management to support real-time analysis and product development.
• Translate complex analytical concepts into clear data stories for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify revenue-impacting projects, define objectives, and recommend scalable courses of action.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, economics, mathematics, or an equivalent background preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis and research.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for analysis and data visualization.
• Ability to design efficient, implementable, and scalable data-based solutions.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
