Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York City, with office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year for roles based in San Francisco or New York City.

What you will do

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to coordinate a thoughtful candidate experience.
• Schedule a high volume of interviews across primarily non-technical roles.
• Answer candidate questions, resolve scheduling issues, and keep candidates and interviewers aligned.
• Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the hiring process.
• Help refine recruiting processes and support future sourcing and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of experience in recruiting coordination or interview scheduling, ideally in a high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Calm, proactive, reliable approach in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
• Ability to support technical and non-technical roles, including remote and in-person interview scheduling.
• Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to use them to improve work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ashby, Workday, or Slack.
• Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
