Recruiter (Robotics)

Location: San Diego, CA (in-office). Candidates must be independently authorized to work in the United States and qualify as a U.S. person under applicable export control laws.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year, plus stock options and benefits.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for mechanical, electrical, and software engineering, manufacturing, fleet operations, and other roles.
• Build sourcing pipelines for difficult-to-fill technical and specialized positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
• Manage candidate communication and experience from initial outreach through accepted offer.
• Track time-to-fill, sourcing channel performance, funnel conversion, and overall pipeline health.
• Improve recruiting processes and evaluate tools as hiring volume increases.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, managing requisitions from intake through accepted offer.
• Experience sourcing and closing technical or specialized talent and managing inbound candidate pipelines.
• Strong interviewing judgment and the ability to assess technical candidates efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions across functions.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers to define practical role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Independent U.S. work authorization and U.S. person status are required; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
