Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA (onsite, reporting daily to offices in Playa Vista)

Salary: $45.48 - $68.22 per hour

What you will do

• Provide helpdesk-level coverage, diagnosing and troubleshooting incoming employee requests.
• Resolve technical issues involving desktops, laptops, and network services for local and remote personnel.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines for IT support.
• Perform first and second level troubleshooting for workstation and mobile systems.
• Manage inventory, workstation build technologies, and user account provisioning.
• Research new technology trends and apply performance tuning techniques to the environment.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Windows OS and client hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and production software (Adobe, Maya, Zbrush, Visual Studio).
• Knowledge of distributed build systems and enterprise storage technologies (SAN, NAS, iSCSI).
• Basic networking skills and understanding of security industry best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight and shifting deadlines.
• Availability for off-hours scheduled week-long on-call rotations.

• Experience with Linux and Mac OS.
