What you will do

• Administer and support Windows Server and Linux-based lab environments.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and specialized test hardware.
• Build and support virtualized environments using Hyper-V.
• Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, networking, and remote access systems.
• Manage physical hardware activities including rack-and-stack, cabling, and KVM configuration.
• Conduct firmware updates, hardware diagnostics, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of systems administration experience in enterprise or lab environments.
• Strong experience with Windows Server and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Hands-on experience with server hardware deployment and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and endpoint management tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Redmond, WA.
• Ability to lift and move equipment within lab environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with SCCM, Azure, or enterprise endpoint management tools.
• Familiarity with Linux administration and scripting.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar infrastructure certifications.
• Experience supporting firmware validation or hardware testing environments.
