What you will do

• Triage and resolve users' problems with computer software and hardware.
• Field support requests via call, chat, and email regarding connectivity, printing, and audio conferencing.
• Build and configure computers for new hires and perform hardware swaps.
• Manage hardware inventory and provide quality control on user accounts and laptop setups.
• Collaborate with vendors for repair or replacement of defective products.
• Test OS and application patches and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• Approximately 1 year of experience in help desk or technical support roles.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Basic knowledge of iOS, Android, and audio/visual conference room technology.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity preferred.
