What you will do

• Provide responsive L1/L2 IT support for engineers, developers, and operations staff across the Boston office and prototype lab.
• Prepare, configure, enroll, and maintain Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu endpoints throughout their lifecycle.
• Lead the local JumpCloud MDM rollout, including policy configuration, compliance verification, and device health checks.
• Manage hardware procurement, inventory, device assignments, and lifecycle records in Jira Assets.
• Maintain meeting room and conferencing systems, including Google Meet, Zoom Rooms, and Microsoft Teams equipment.
• Support basic networking, cabling, VLAN assignment, office setups, incident handling, and IT documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support or office-based technical support at L1/L2 level.
• Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux Ubuntu configuration, provisioning, and enrollment.
• Practical knowledge of MDM/EMM platforms such as JumpCloud, Jamf, or Intune.
• Experience supporting technical users, managing AV and meeting room systems, and troubleshooting conferencing equipment.
• Basic knowledge of switch ports, VLANs, cabling, diagnostics, hardware procurement, and asset registers.
• Experience with Jira Service Management or a similar ITSM platform, asset workflows, and Google Workspace administration.
