What you will do

• Conduct hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing in test & integration engineering.
• Document, analyze, and manage system requirements.
• Perform system modeling, simulations, and design analysis using MBSE tools.
• Design, integrate, and troubleshoot hardware systems.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate engineering tasks while adhering to data handling guardrails.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field + 2-7 years experience, or Master's + 3 years minimum.
• Experience in test & integration, requirements engineering, MBSE, or hardware-systems engineering.

Nice to have

• AI-Assisted Engineering proficiency with generative AI tools for requirements analysis, test documentation, and design studies.
• AI Fluency with enterprise AI platforms and models, following CUI/proprietary data guardrails.
• Continuous learning of AI capabilities for engineering workflows.
