Salary: $40.00 - $58.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform hardware/software validation, verification, and performance testing.
• Document, analyze, and manage complex system requirements.
• Develop system models, simulations, and design analysis using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Design, integrate, and troubleshoot hardware systems.
• Utilize generative AI tools to accelerate requirements analysis, test documentation, and report summarization.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related STEM field with 2-7 years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in Test & Integration, Requirements Engineering, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems Engineering.

Nice to have

• Fluency with enterprise AI platforms and generative AI models.
• Ability to adopt new AI-enabled workflows to improve engineering productivity and quality.
