What you will do

• Oversee and manage the entire accounts payable process, ensuring timely invoice processing and payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Prepare and analyze AP reports and implement internal controls to ensure policy compliance.
• Supervise and provide guidance to accounts payable team members.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations.
• Assist with audits and maintain the accuracy of the accounts payable ledger.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• CPA or CMA certification.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
• Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid work.
