What you will do

• Manage and track CapEx projects across various business lines in collaboration with project managers and finance teams.
• Develop and oversee control procedures and forms for reporting capital expenditures.
• Maintain detailed records of budgets, change orders, and financial metrics for all projects.
• Reconcile financial data against accounting records and resolve discrepancies with the Controller.
• Ensure timely capitalization of expenditures in accordance with accounting standards.
• Prepare financial status reports and variance analyses for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5-7+ years of experience in Accounting or Financial Management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP.
• Proficiency in Excel and GSuite; experience with Intacct is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Bay Harbor Islands, FL.
