What you will do

• Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate records and documentation.
• Manage cash tenders reconciliation and post daily charges to member accounts.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) payments, bank deposits, and send collection notices for past-due accounts.
• Process weekly check runs and balance vendor statements to ensure timely payments.
• Execute bi-weekly payroll and manage electronic onboarding and terminations via PEO systems.
• Assist the Regional Controller with bank statement reconciliations and month-end closing duties.

Requirements

• Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting-related experience or equivalent training.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and POS accounting applications.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Must be able to work onsite in Meridian, Idaho, with a flexible schedule including some evenings and holidays.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with extreme attention to detail.
