What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and operational scaling of the coding product portfolio.
• Extend coding benchmarks and develop training data, reinforcement learning environments, agentic task suites, and evaluation products.
• Partner with ML researchers and software engineers on task specifications, graders, reward signals, verification, and code-quality standards.
• Drive coding infrastructure including container environments, sandboxes, reproducible repository images, and contributor tooling.
• Establish governance for data quality, contamination prevention, licensing, reproducibility, auditability, and release management.
• Work with AI labs, enterprise customers, contributors, and go-to-market teams to guide adoption, partnerships, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, consulting, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong software engineering depth with the ability to read code, reason about codebases, and collaborate with senior engineers and ML researchers.
• Familiarity with coding-model training and evaluation, post-training methods, agentic scaffolds, harnesses, SWE-Bench, and Terminal-Bench.
• Experience scaling products across engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, analytical, and product-strategy skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, bias for action, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI researchers, ML teams, developer tools, or human-in-the-loop data pipelines.
• Experience creating new products, programs, or business initiatives from the ground up.
