What you will do

• Develop enterprise-grade generative AI solutions for customers across multiple industries.
• Work with hirify.global and customer executives to define and execute product strategy.
• Own end-to-end product development, including requirements, development, testing, and launches.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, operations, marketing, go-to-market, and finance.
• Turn bespoke customer solutions into repeatable software products for broader commercialization.

Requirements

• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience building ML-powered products.
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and enterprise applications.
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional leadership, presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Coding experience with Python and a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
