What you will do

• Lead, hire, mentor, and deploy Product Managers across strategic enterprise and government accounts.
• Identify patterns across customer deployments and determine which bespoke solutions should become core product capabilities.
• Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to align the product roadmap with market demand.
• Provide strategic and technical oversight to unblock high-priority deployments and resolve complex delivery issues.
• Represent field insights and customer needs within engineering, product, and design organizations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product leadership experience, including 4+ years managing Product Management teams.
• Experience with forward-deployed product models or top-tier technical consulting and implementation.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, and SQL.
• Understanding of how data quality affects model performance.
• Demonstrated ownership and systems thinking when navigating stakeholders from engineers to C-suite executives.
