What you will do

• Manage several major global accounts and cultivate new client relationships.
• Develop innovative and creative ideas for digital and social media campaigns.
• Create project briefs, specification documents, and accurate cost estimates.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns to ensure they are on time and within budget.
• Monitor client markets and competitive activity to identify strategic opportunities.
• Lead a team to ensure effective performance and high-quality deliverables across all levels.

Requirements

• Experience in account handling, creative development, or client-facing project management.
• Proven track record of delivering digital and social campaigns.
• Experience with cross-market campaign activation.
• Ability to manage complex client relationships with tact, diplomacy, and maturity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybridly from the Soho office in London.
