What you will do

• Develop detailed paid media plans that align with client objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with activation teams to optimize campaign performance, pacing, and troubleshooting.
• Produce accurate weekly and monthly performance reports and insightful commentary using Microsoft Excel.
• Manage end-to-end account delivery, including responding to briefs and providing budget and performance forecasts.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with media owners, clients, and third-party platforms.
• Oversee agency finance processes and provide guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the UK digital landscape and experience in planning/buying digital media across DR and Brand.
• Proficiency in paid advertising across multiple channels, including direct IO, programmatic, social, and search.
• Experience with campaign activation and detailed performance reporting.
• Advanced computer literacy, specifically with the Microsoft Office suite and handling large datasets in Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Manchester office on a hybrid basis (approx. 4 days per week).
