What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of designated search accounts, identifying tactical and strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Directors to translate campaign strategies into actionable delivery plans.
• Lead, motivate, and coach junior team members, overseeing their workload and professional development.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, clients, and key suppliers.
• Maximize operational efficiencies by implementing streamlined processes and leveraging available technology.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in search campaign setup and optimization across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Search Ads 360 is a plus).
• Strong understanding of the strategic and tactical applications of paid search and digital marketing.
• Proven ability to lead innovation and implement test-and-learn opportunities for clients.
• Exceptional account management and communication skills to foster a positive team climate.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom to support the hybrid office requirement.
