What you will do

• Design and operationalize end-to-end customer journey workflows from opportunity qualification through post-implementation success.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for customer flow health, including lead quality, handoff smoothness, and time-to-value.
• Proactively manage cross-functional risks and dependencies, escalating at-risk engagements to leadership.
• Serve as a key touchpoint for the Chief Customer Officer regarding program progress, timeline, and scope.
• Deploy AI agents to aggregate health data from Jira, Salesforce, and Gainsight into unified executive dashboards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program or engagement management experience in Professional Services, SaaS implementation, or consulting.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives in a matrix environment across Product, Services, Finance, and Sales.
• Experience with software implementations, cloud migrations, or large platform transitions.
• Fluency with program management or BI tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to present business narratives to C-suite audiences.
• Must have the right to work in the United States.

• PMP certification.
• Experience with AI-driven automation, workflow automation (Power Automate), or tools like Power BI and Claude.
• Background in GTM Operations or business process transformation.
