What you will do

• Write, edit, and maintain user guides, technical reference guides, and release notes.
• Collaborate with developers, product and solution managers, and support and services teams to gather and verify technical information.
• Maintain and organize the ClickHelp documentation site and knowledge base.
• Use AI/LLM tools to create first drafts, then edit, fact-check, and complete accurate documentation.
• Apply user testing, support-ticket, and customer feedback to improve existing content.
• Contribute to content audits, migrations, restructuring, and documentation lifecycle initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in technical writing, content writing, or a related field; internships and academic experience count.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to clarity and consistency.
• Ability to explain complex technical information in simple, user-friendly language.
• Experience or comfort with ClickHelp, Markdown, Confluence, or similar documentation platforms.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with software development concepts or SaaS products.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and the ability to inspect source code.
• Experience creating and manipulating screenshots and diagrams.
• Exposure to an industry-recognized style guide, such as the Microsoft Style Guide.
