What you will do

• Develop accurate and complete technical documentation for installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and UX teams to ensure technical accuracy and align content with customer needs.
• Implement content standards and AI-enabled workflows to improve how information is delivered to customers and AI assistants.
• Lead documentation initiatives from planning to delivery while mentoring writers and content contributors.
• Research complex technologies and customer workflows to keep technical information relevant and useful.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or information architecture.
• Proven success leading complex documentation or information architecture initiatives.
• Experience developing standards that support AI-assisted experiences and content quality.
• Expertise in structured authoring and technical communication for complex enterprise solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise infrastructure (storage, networking, cloud, or data management).
• Proficiency with docs-as-code workflows, GitHub, and markup languages like AsciiDoc or Markdown.
• Knowledge of content modeling, taxonomy, or metadata management.
• Experience with search optimization and content discoverability.
