Salary: $64,800 - $117,480 USD

What you will do

• Create, deliver, and maintain in-app text, user guides, release notes, knowledge base articles, and infographics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile delivery teams to research new features and document technical changes.
• Ensure all content adheres to style guides and standards while validating technical accuracy.
• Use Jira and Confluence to capture work, track milestones, and record research findings.
• Onboard, educate, and mentor new technical writers within the team.
• Explore and leverage Agentic AI capabilities to improve content creation and publication processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical writer or communicator in the software industry.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Working knowledge of DITA XML and topic-based writing.
• Business level proficiency in English.
• Bachelor's degree (required).

Nice to have

• Experience with macOS and iOS platforms.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Degree in Technical/Scientific Writing, Technical Communications, or Computer Science.
