TL;DR

Technical Knowledge Manager (SaaS): Designing and maintaining the external documentation system and internal knowledge architecture for a behavioral biometrics platform with an accent on developer experience and AI-augmented workflows. Focus on building scalable knowledge products, defining documentation strategy, and collaborating with R&D and Product teams to ensure technical clarity and accuracy.

Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel (hybrid work model)

What you will do

  • Design and maintain the external documentation system, including API references and integration guides, as a living product.
  • Define and implement AI-augmented documentation workflows using LLMs for drafting and validation.
  • Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and researchers to synthesize and structure technical knowledge.
  • Establish content quality signals and feedback loops to proactively manage documentation health.
  • Contribute to information architecture, including taxonomy, versioning, and content standards.
  • Manage internal knowledge base development, including decision logs, architecture notes, and runbooks.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel
  • English: Native-level proficiency required
  • Experience in technical writing, knowledge management, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Ability to read code, API specs, and architecture diagrams to work effectively with engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted documentation workflows and critical thinking regarding AI-generated content.
  • Strong understanding of developer experience (DX) and user experience (UX) principles.

Nice to have

  • Experience with documentation platforms like Confluence, Document360, GitBook, or Notion.
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, OpenAI, or custom LLM pipelines.
  • Familiarity with spec formats like OpenAPI/Swagger, AsyncAPI, or GraphQL.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
