What you will do

• Review and revise marketing assets for accuracy, grammar, brand voice, tone, and style.
• Optimize content for email, web, SEO, metadata, newsletters, blogs, data sheets, and other distribution channels.
• Help refine editorial guidelines and processes while mentoring content team members.
• Oversee AI-powered content systems and ensure generated content meets brand and messaging standards.
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with marketing, product, legal, product development, design, agencies, and freelancers.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts degree or comparable experience.
• At least 8 years of editing experience.
• Experience proofreading content and applying style and voice guides.
• Experience producing and editing web content, including SEO optimization.
• Experience working in a multi-language publishing environment and preparing content for translation and globalization.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Jira or Workfront, and collaboration tools such as Slack, Miro, or Monday.com.
