What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Customer Operations roles.
• Source, engage, assess, and close qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and calibrate candidate profiles.
• Monitor funnel metrics and optimize job postings to improve conversion and candidate flow.
• Maintain high-priority pipelines using Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Deliver a responsive and positive candidate experience from outreach to offer.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or operations roles.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Strong sourcing skills and professional communication.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and high-volume pipelines with speed and accuracy.
