Location: Remote within the United States, with conditions listed for San Francisco, CA and New York, NY; occasional travel is required for onsite growth recruiting events.
Salary: $40–$55 per hour.

What you will do
- Source and acquire candidates for high-volume roles to meet hiring and activation goals.
- Review applications, screen candidates, and support them throughout the recruiting process.
- Partner with growth recruiters, operations leads, and cross-functional leaders to understand hiring needs.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies as business and processes evolve.
- Represent the brand, communicate its value proposition, and drive candidate engagement.
- Represent Scale at occasional onsite growth recruiting events.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience sourcing candidates and filling high-volume roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Experience serving as the primary candidate liaison and providing timely, personalized support throughout the interview process.
- Availability for occasional travel to onsite recruiting events.
Nice to have
- Previous startup experience.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience or the ability and interest to develop it.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Clay, Modernloop, or Gem.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience building with AI, operating in an AI-forward environment, or experimenting with agentic coding and AI tools.
