What you will do

• Source and acquire high-quality candidates for high-volume positions to meet hiring and activation goals.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and provide white-glove support throughout the recruiting process.
• Partner with ops leads and cross-functional leaders to devise and execute recruiting strategies.
• Manage and evolve recruitment processes as the company grows.
• Champion the brand and promote its value proposition to drive candidate engagement.
• Represent the company at occasional onsite growth recruiting events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates and filling high-volume roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to act as the primary candidate liaison with a focus on personalized support.
• Must be eligible to work in the US

Nice to have

• Previous experience working in a startup.
• Experience managing the full-cycle recruiting process.
• Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Clay, Modernloop, or Gem.
• Strong interest in AI tooling and agentic coding.
