Outbound SDR

Location: Remote

What you will do

• Own the entire outbound lead generation process from A to Z, including managing outbound infrastructure and tools to ensure high deliverability.
• Build and enrich high-quality account and contact lists for campaigns.
• Craft and manage email sequences and outreach cadences using tools like Apollo, Hubspot, Expandi, and Instantly.
• Manage personalized outreach to key clients and partners, including Founders and C-Level profiles.
• Engage with warm, high-intent prospects and re-engage inactive leads.
• Manage invitations and book meetings for offline and online events.

Requirements

• Proven experience with outbound outreach campaigns handling at least 10,000 emails per month.
• Experience with Apollo, HubSpot, Expandi, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier/Make.
• Familiarity with APIs/Webhooks, AI, Data Enrichment, Web Scraping, and Intent-Data tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally with coaching support.
