What you will do
- Research and identify high-value prospects across assigned industries and territories.
- Engage target personas through calls, email, social media, and video to initiate conversations.
- Assess prospects for need, budget, authority, timeline, and fit (SQLs).
- Book discovery and demo meetings, creating a seamless handoff to Account Executives.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to refine outreach strategies.
- Track all activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and consistently achieve monthly quotas.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound-focused role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with outbound sales tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, LeadIQ, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound prospecting and SQL targets.
- English: B2 required.
