What you will do

• Own end-to-end account management for frontier AI lab customers, from opportunity scoping through project completion.
• Translate customer requirements into clearly defined human-data programs for delivery operations teams.
• Manage communications, action items, documentation, and follow-ups across concurrent projects.
• Act as a consultative partner, turning customer needs into clear and deliverable project outcomes.
• Monitor throughput and quality, identify risks, and escalate blockers with proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with operations, ML, engineering, planning, and finance teams to improve delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, technical program management, or project management.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B client-facing roles.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a high-growth environment and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Technical education or professional experience in computer science, engineering, economics, mathematics, or another STEM field.
• Working knowledge of the ML training lifecycle, or the ability to learn it quickly and discuss use cases with technical customers.
