What you will do

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise AI projects, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and aligned with business outcomes.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to shape AI/ML use cases into defined projects, proposals, and Statements of Work.
• Manage project plans and artifacts to ensure contractual and financial targets are met.
• Serve as the primary interface between client C‑suite executives, technical teams, and company leadership.
• Identify growth opportunities through adjacent use cases and new stakeholders to deliver additional value.
• Develop and refine scalable delivery frameworks, templates, and best practices.

Requirements

• Active TS security clearance is mandatory.
• 5+ years in a technical, client‑facing role such as management consulting or professional services delivery.
• Strong background in project delivery, specifically within AI/ML initiatives.
• Proven ability to oversee a portfolio of engagements and balance resources across multiple projects.
• Experience working with Civilian, DOD, and NATSEC agencies, including Federal Law Enforcement or Military operations.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on client needs.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or related field).
• Experience drafting responses to federal RFCs, RFIs, and RFPs.
