What you will do

• Manage, coach, and hold the AI Deployment team accountable for performance and professional growth.
• Oversee a portfolio of customer program teams through multi-phase implementations to ensure quality and timeline adherence.
• Establish and maintain strict delivery standards to scale customer onboarding processes efficiently.
• Track team performance, customer adoption metrics, and core implementation KPIs.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering leaders to refine delivery frameworks and resolve escalations.
• Provide executive-level support during customer discovery and solution design workshops.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading complex SaaS or AI implementations.
• Proven track record of team leadership in a high-growth technology environment.
• Expertise in managing implementation portfolios and scaling customer onboarding processes.
• Deep understanding of contact center operations, KPIs, and AI-driven CX platforms.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage critical escalations.
• Must be based in the US to support remote operations.
