Compensation: $184,000 – $259,600 OTE (depending on location), plus Equity and Commission

What you will do

• Lead AI transformation and ROI initiatives for a portfolio of strategic Fortune 50-100 accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives to define AI vision and the JTBD framework for adoption.
• Analyze and frame the P&L impact of AI adoption through surveys and interviews for business reviews.
• Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs, managing stakeholders, risks, and escalations.
• Collaborate with sales to identify and drive expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
• Standardize transformation best practices by creating frameworks and communications for the team.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies.
• Proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale organizational transformations.
• Expertise in change management, strategic thinking, and translating capabilities into measurable P&L outcomes.
• Strong professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills for board-level presentations.
