What you will do

• Lead multi-disciplinary technical cross-sector transfer teams.
• Establish project governance and align goals with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop product phase-out and transfer strategies, including capacity alignment and logistics risk mitigation.
• Execute technical release procedures for various product categories in collaboration with the transfer team.
• Conduct supply chain risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure material availability.
• Manage escalations within transfers to resolve bottlenecks and prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain processes, preferably in high-tech, low-volume industries.
• Proven expertise in project management and product/production re-allocation.
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional, technical environments to drive supply chain improvements.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology (US Export Administration Regulations).
