Salary: $179,000 - $287,000

What you will do

• Lead strategic sourcing for direct categories including hardware components, sensors, compute platforms, and contract manufacturing.
• Manage trial agreements and evaluate new technologies in close partnership with Engineering.
• Negotiate complex supply agreements, LTAs, and NRE contracts to protect IP and ensure supply continuity.
• Oversee the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to drive supplier accountability.
• Implement should-cost modeling and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis to establish financial benchmarks.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Global Supply Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or global supply management with a focus on direct hardware categories.
• 8+ years of people management experience building high-performing sourcing teams.
• Proven track record of negotiating complex LTAs and NRE contracts with hardware and contract manufacturing suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills in should-cost modeling and financial acumen.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
