What you will do

• Manage and cultivate relationships with key suppliers to ensure part availability and quality.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to drive organizational value and achieve annual savings targets.
• Evaluate and source alternative suppliers with a focus on localizing production to reduce total cost.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, and Transportation teams to align purchasing strategies with operational needs.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs related to quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop cost-saving strategies and support working capital reduction efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, or business analysis.
• Strong negotiation skills to balance assertiveness with collaboration.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and data analytics tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Must be based in or able to work in the South Charlotte area due to hybrid requirements.

Nice to have

• Prior professional procurement experience.
