What you will do

• Develop and execute global supply chain strategy across sourcing, procurement, and inventory management.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to hit cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Lead risk management efforts to mitigate geopolitical, tariff, and single-source supplier risks.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure readiness for new product launches.
• Monitor and improve KPIs including on-time delivery, lead times, and total landed cost.
• Build and manage supply chain budgets and forecasts for executive leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Torrance, CA.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in global supply chain management, procurement, or sourcing.
• Proven experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
