What you will do

• Manage requisitions by validating requests and ensuring purchase orders match engineering specifications.
• Track orders to ensure on-time delivery and mitigate disruptions for long-lead procurements.
• Oversee logistics, including inbound deliveries and inventory distribution to datacenter sites.
• Act as the primary point of contact between vendors, 3PLs, and internal procurement and sourcing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement or logistics, preferably in AI or Datacenter tech environments.
• Expertise in contract management and quality reviews.
• Proven ability to manage asset-tracking for thousands of servers, network switches, and fiber optic components.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
