Material Management Analyst (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Support the Material Management Head in coordinating the MRP team, priorities, and processes.
• Manage raw-material portfolios, lifecycle controls, planning orders, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and master-data updates in SAP.
• Generate material-related KPIs and reports, perform coverage and safety-stock analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead or contribute to material-management, value-stream-mapping, supply-chain restructuring, and process-improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate SMOG scrapping approvals, liability reviews, audit reporting, and monthly inventory-related submissions.
• Act as SAP and AFI key user, provide cross-functional analysis, and train new employees on SAP usage.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in supply-chain management, procurement, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience as a Material Requirements Planner or Analyst.
• Experience in supply-chain management, materials planning or scheduling, and/or purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, especially MM, plus Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Strong data-analysis, presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent English is required; German is desired.

Nice to have

• CPIM or APICS certification.
• Experience managing specialized material categories.
