What you will do

• Own a portfolio of strategic Gen AI accounts with full accountability for customer success and commercial development.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with frontier AI lab researchers and operations leads.
• Translate ambiguous customer requirements into well-defined human-data programs for internal delivery teams.
• Navigate challenging customer conversations regarding quality, throughput, and delivery expectations.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities through consultative customer engagement.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and planning teams to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or a technical product/program management role.
• Proven track record in B2B, client-facing roles, including managing complex customer dynamics.
• Technical foundation in CS, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or another STEM field.
• Understanding of the ML training lifecycle to meaningfully discuss use cases with technical customers.
• Must be located in San Francisco, New York, or Seattle.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree (PhD, MS) or research experience in a STEM field.
• Experience at a frontier lab or a company developing foundational models.
• Hands-on experience working with data or AI/ML models through engineering or research.
