What you will do

• Ensure continuous production flow by identifying and relieving bottlenecks on the manufacturing product line.
• Address and correct daily workflow issues to increase supervisor focus on personnel.
• Maintain operational stability by learning all positions and filling in as needed.
• Identify part and resource shortages and implement effective solutions.
• Facilitate the implementation of Lean Manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with other departments through work orders and requests for engineering and SFA assistance.

Requirements

• Experience in reducing production bottlenecks and correcting workflow issues.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes.
