Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in team leadership and development.
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing environments, preferably with automation or assembly tooling.
• Strong proficiency in budget management and achieving KPIs.
• Ability to travel nationally up to 10-15% as required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with fastening tools and torque theory is highly preferred.
