What you will do

• Design and maintain automated performance dashboards for stakeholders ranging from Individual Contributors to the Executive Leadership Team.
• Audit pipeline health and GTM activity inputs within Salesforce to ensure data hygiene and report performance updates.
• Support the verification of quarterly and annual variable compensation cycles and reconcile sales credit splits.
• Partner with Global Demand and Partner Management teams to model margins and establish standardized rate cards for Agency Holding Company deals.
• Synthesize large-scale marketplace exchange datasets to deliver weekly business reviews, variance analyses, and pacing models.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of analytical experience in programmatic media analytics, AdTech marketplace yield analysis, or revenue/financial operations.
• Expert-level mastery of advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and enterprise BI frameworks such as Omni, Looker, or Tableau.
• Ability to leverage AI architectures and low-code automation to build scalable, shared workflows for recurring reporting.
• Strong capacity to distill complex datasets and abstract industry concepts into clear executive summaries and actionable solutions.
