What you will do

• Develop executive reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks to provide business performance insights.
• Build forecasting models and performance measurement frameworks for strategic planning.
• Partner with Revenue, Finance, and Operations leaders to improve business visibility and forecasting accuracy.
• Design and implement programs to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Manage incentive compensation in collaboration with Finance and People Operations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for process improvements and operational transformation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Analytics, or Finance.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, Excel, Google Sheets, and BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
• Experience building forecasting models and executive dashboards.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Must be based in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
