TL;DR
Senior Analyst, Strategic Operations (Revenue Operations): Designing and scaling incentive systems, performance insights, and financial rigor to power growth with an accent on variable compensation design and operational execution. Location: Remote (USA). Must reside in an approved US location; not hiring in Washington D.C. or Hawaii.
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

What you will do
- Design, implement, and manage scalable variable compensation models aligned with P&L objectives.
- Partner with leadership to establish data-driven quotas and performance targets for Sales and Account Management.
- Analyze the impact of compensation structures on unit economics, including CAC and LTV.
- Build stable, automated dashboards for visibility into attainment, earnings, and revenue performance.
- Collaborate with FP&A and People teams to support forecasting and monthly variance analysis.
- Develop executive-level narratives explaining how compensation strategy influences revenue and profitability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Strategy.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Strong operational and financial modeling skills.
- Experience designing and administering sales incentive plans.
- Must be based in an approved US location (excluding D.C. and Hawaii).
