Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage scalable variable compensation models aligned with P&L objectives.
• Partner with leadership to establish data-driven quotas and performance targets for Sales and Account Management.
• Analyze the impact of compensation structures on unit economics, including CAC and LTV.
• Build stable, automated dashboards for visibility into attainment, earnings, and revenue performance.
• Collaborate with FP&A and People teams to support forecasting and monthly variance analysis.
• Develop executive-level narratives explaining how compensation strategy influences revenue and profitability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Strategy.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Strong operational and financial modeling skills.
• Experience designing and administering sales incentive plans.
• Must be based in an approved US location (excluding D.C. and Hawaii).
